Vanessa Walton-Bone
The Board and membership of Performing Arts Lodge Halifax are saddened to hear of the death of Halifax-based actor, Vanessa Walton-Bone.
Aside from being an incredibly talented performer who spanned the worlds of theatre and film, she also touched so many lives as a force of positive energy, drive and enthusiasm.
She recently was seen at Neptune Theatre in The Importance of Being Earnest and in Glen Matthew’s short film Room Service, in both of which she gave masterful performances.
As our community tries to come to terms with this loss, Vanessa’s family have instructed us to let it be known that Vanessa’s wish was that donations could be made to PAL Halifax.
Our thoughts are with Vanessa’s family and husband Ralph at this sad time. We remember Vanessa as the brightest of lights, extinguished way too soon.
